The New Orleans Saints signed offensive lineman Cameron Lee quickly after he wasn't selected in this year's NFL Draft, but the Illinois State offensive lineman admitted that he didn't know much about the team or the area at the time.

Last week's rookie minicamp was his first time coming to New Orleans and the 6-foot-6, 313-pound tackle is hoping to show what he is capable of once the team starts organized team activities and training camp.

He took some time out once minicamp ended to talk about his experience learning his new team and the city of New Orleans:

What's it like to live out a dream and get an opportunity with an NFL team?

CL: It's a huge opportunity and I'm thankful to be here. I'm just trying to take it one step at a time and do everything I can to keep getting better and to make it on this team.

What was it like getting the phone call from the Saints?

CL: It was very exciting, something that you've dreamt about for a very long time. To get it was just really rewarding.
