As expected, the Denver Broncos on Monday reportedly placed a second-round tender on restricted free agent center Matt Paradis.

The second-round tender is worth $2.9 million for 2018. Should an outside club agree to an offer sheet with Paradis, the Broncos would have seven days to match, or decline and receive a second-round draft pick in return. The deadline for RFAs to sign offer sheets is April 20.

Paradis, 28, has been a mainstay on Denver's otherwise unstable offensive line, blossoming from an unheralded Boise State prospect to one of the game's best pivot men.
