T.J. Lang remains in the NFL's concussion protocol as he deals withA the sixth documented brain injury of his career, but theA DetroitA Lions expect their right guard to return at some point this season. Lions offensive line coach Jeff Davidson said Lang was in the building last week and able to contribute to the game plan against his old team the Green Bay Packers. Lang missed the PackersA game after suffering his second concussion in 11 months in the first half of a Week 4 loss to the Dallas Cowboys.A "He was in the room to be able to talk through some of the Green Bay stuff," Davidson said Tuesday. "I try to talk to him about some of the personnel things that he knows. Thata€™s the only thing I had to do as far as commenting on T.J.A Looking forward to him going forward." Lang earned his second straight Pro Bowl nod last year in his first season with the Lions, when he fought through a slew of injuries to make 13 starts. He hasA been one of the Lions' best linemen when healthy, but has missed time with back, ankle and shoulder injuries, plus concussions, during his time in Detroit.
